Nubian Village

Travel back in time and explore a Nubian Village. Your tour will start with a short boat ride from our cruise ship across the Nile to a nearby village. We will walk from the dock through the village passing by several colorful houses and other buildings. We will explore a nearby school where the children learn Nubian, Arabic, and English. You will then be guided through a local market where you will have the opportunity to purchase some local crafts and spices. Our village tour will conclude with light refreshments over looking the Nile River. Here you will have ample time to soak in the scenery, take pictures, and watch the sunset over the Nile.
